How come, not how to:
    Defining Victory is about helping you understand what is truly important in your life and if the decisions you are making, daily, are hleping you or standing in your way.  Once you can begin to determine how come, only then will you be prepared to start searching for the how to.  
    Life is the cummulative effect of all the decisions we have made up to this point.  The consulting and workshops will help you determine your satisfaction with where you are at, so that you may better identify where you would like to go.
